What do I receive after purchase?
You will receive the digital files listed on the product page. Depending on the product, this may include Excel files, Google Sheets versions, English and French versions, guides, demo files or other supporting materials.
How do I download my files?
After your payment is confirmed, your download links will be available on the order confirmation page and may also be sent by email. If you create an account, you can also access eligible downloads from your account area.
Will I receive both English and French versions?
When a product page states that English and French versions are included, both versions are provided with your purchase.
Can I use my purchase more than once?
Yes. Your purchase is for your own personal use, and you may reuse the files for your own projects where appropriate. The files may not be resold, shared, redistributed or made publicly available.
Excel & Google Sheets
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
Some Structelia products are designed specifically for Microsoft Excel, while others may also include a Google Sheets version. Check the product description for the exact formats included.
Are Excel and Google Sheets versions identical?
They are designed to provide the same core planning experience, but some features, formulas or visual elements may differ slightly between Excel and Google Sheets because the two platforms do not support every feature in exactly the same way.
Can I edit the planner?
Yes. Structelia planners are designed to be practical and customizable. Input areas are intended for your own information, while some formulas or automated sections may be protected or structured to preserve functionality.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. Structelia products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
Can I request a refund?
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or when a product is defective.

Do you offer custom modifications?
Structelia products are designed to work without individual customization. Custom modifications are not currently included with standard purchases unless specifically stated on the product page.
